Working Hours: Fill-in, intermittent, as needed - as directed by supervisor
DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
To provide the district with responsive, quality oriented printing capabilities. Reports to Business Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform and/or supervise the printing, collating, folding, stapling, laminating, and other tasks necessary to meet the printing needs of the district.
- Maintain records and files as necessary.
- Perform and/or supervise basic adjustments and preventive maintenance on printing equipment as required.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and initiates purchase order requests.
- Perform and supervise the processing of charges to cost centers for printing services.
- Access, input, retrieve and process information from a computer.
- Follow work routines, as assigned.
- Fulfill other related duties as assigned.
- Fulfill performance standards identified in the evaluation process as required by the position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Able to relate well to students, staff and public.
- Read, understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions.
- Adhere to the federal requirements of a drug-free work place.
- Accurately transfer, record and convey information, materials and money, as required by the position.
- Have sufficient mechanic aptitude to troubleshoot, operate and perform minor adjustments on print shop equipment.
- Possess or be able to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Working hours are fill-in, intermittent, as needed – as directed by supervisor
- Possess the physical ability to regularly attend work and fulfill the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Lift, move, or be able to carry objects weighing 50 lbs.
- Responsibilities require the employee be able to stand for long periods of time and to use hands extensively in the operation of the printing equipment.
